Newly added after months of trials, refinement and longevity studies, our team is excited to bring to you, the first Maine Cap N' Stem line of Aerated Liquid Cultures...these liquid cultures are unlike any you have worked with before in the Gourmet Mushroom industry. Say goodbye to wispy, weak and sad looking mycelium in a syringe and say hello to the thickest and freshest LC on the market. Utilizing filtered air, each LC batch is force-oxygenated providing a more conducive environment for mycelium to thrive in an aqueous solution.  With faster colonization times on grain, and a more robust yield off of a fruiting substrate, these syringes of ALC are developed directly from cultures stored in cryovials and not allowed to expand past their single expansion. All syringes are pulled at their peak period of metabolic activity and cooled down under refrigeration.
